Vvert Technologies Ltd is committed to ensuring transparency, accountability, and responsible operation of the Vvert platform. We maintain high standards of security, ethical conduct, and compliance with the regulatory frameworks of the Republic of Ghana to protect our users and partners.

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of users and advertisers who access the Vvert platform. Personal information collected may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, and account credentials. We also collect device-specific information and precise location data (IP addresses, GPS coordinates, OS, usage activity) to improve safety, enable local discovery, and deliver hyper-local advertising.

With your explicit consent, we also access and sync your device's address book (contacts). Phone numbers from your contacts are securely transmitted to our servers solely to identify which of your contacts are already on the Vvert platform and to notify you when a saved contact joins. Contact data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond this networking feature. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

3. Data Collection and Use

Users may voluntarily provide personal information and grant location permissions when creating accounts or interacting with services. Data collected, including precise coordinates, may be used to personalize local advertisements, analyze platform performance, and improve community discovery features in a lawful and transparent manner consistent with applicable Ghanaian regulations.

If you grant the optional Contacts permission, we collect phone numbers from your address book. These numbers are hashed and stored securely and are used exclusively to:

• Notify you when a contact joins the Vvert platform.
• Help you discover and connect with people you already know.

Contact data is never used for advertising targeting, profiling, or shared with any third party. You may opt out by revoking the Contacts permission in your device settings at any time.

4. User Accounts

Users may be required to create accounts to access certain features of the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies. Users must ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
