Platform & Advertiser Agreement
Legal policies governing service usage and advertiser relationships for the Vvert platform.

Vvert Technologies Ltd is committed to ensuring transparency, accountability, and responsible operation of the Vvert platform. We maintain high standards of security, ethical conduct, and compliance with the regulatory frameworks of the Republic of Ghana.
5. Advertiser Agreement
Advertisers must ensure that all advertisements comply with applicable laws and ethical advertising standards. Advertisements must not contain misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent claims. The Company reserves the right to review and reject advertisements that violate platform policies.
6. Payment Terms
Advertising services may be offered on a subscription basis or on a campaign payment model. Payment must be completed before advertisements are published unless otherwise agreed. All fees paid are subject to the refund policy described in this document.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued where services cannot be delivered due to technical errors or administrative issues. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time, and the Company reserves the right to determine eligibility.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operations. Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, distribution of harmful software, and unlawful promotion. Violations may result in account termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and software associated with Vvert are protected intellectual property. Users may not reproduce platform materials without authorization. Advertisers maintain ownership of their marketing content but grant Vvert a license to display it.
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an 'as available' basis. The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from user interactions with advertisers. Users engage with advertised businesses at their own discretion under the jurisdiction of Ghana.
